  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (for brushing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (for brushing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dough. Combine warm water, instant yeast, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Gradually add flour and mix until smooth.
  2. Step 2: Knead the Dough. Knead the dough for 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Step 3: First Rise. Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 and 1/2 hours.
