- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (21 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup (170 grams) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Make the Crust – Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). – Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until finely ground. – Mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. – Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- Step 2: Prepare the Filling – Melt chopped semisweet chocolate and set aside to cool. – Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, heavy cream, and cocoa powder. – Mix in eggs one at a time and stir in melted chocolate. – Pour filling into the crust and bake for about 50 minutes.
